Anthony Broome Managing Director
With over 36 years’ experience and involvement with A.P. Broome Landscapes, Tony started with the company as an operative and has been the Managing Director for the last 12 years. Tony is a member of IOSH and the ILM and has a great all-round knowledge of all the different aspects of running a business. Tony has guided the business through many growth periods taking it from a turnover of under £1 million to over £8 million in under 9 years. Tony believes in team play, fair play and a partnership approach to clients.
Tracie Broome Managing Director
Tracie has been involved with A.P. Broome Landscapes for over 27 years, first as administrative support and then for the last 9 years as a fellow Managing Director. Tracie has excellent people skills and a sound knowledge of all the different aspects of running a business. Tracie has been a major asset in building the business in to the size it is today and given great support at all costs. Tracie is a key decision-maker and overseer of the business growth.
Adam Broome Senior Manager
Adam joined the company as a school leaver 10 years ago. He works closely with the directors supporting managers to ensure the smooth running and future success of the company.
Adam has progressed over the years from Grounds Maintenance, to contract management and now to Senior Management. Being the son of the Managing Directors, he has a fantastic knowledge of the company and great aspirations to grow the company following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. Adam has great financial knowledge and is heavily involved in the finance side of the business. He spends most of his time liaising with the finance, HSQE and HR departments to oversee the smooth running of the business.
Dylan James Senior Manager
Dylan has been with our company for over 9 years now, working closely alongside the directors and contracts managers to ensure the smooth running of the business and its employees. In the 9 years Dylan has worked here he has progressed from Transport & Assets Manager to the Senior Manager role he currently holds.
He has a level head and great problem solving abilities along with a great work ethic and knowledge of all aspects of the business. This enables him to assist at every level when needed and oversee the operational side as well as ensuring the future success of the company.
